The Americans Show Review

The Americans is a fantastic spy drama show that ran from 2013 to 2018.

Alright, I finished binge watching this show a little while ago, and I have to say, The Americans, is fantastic!
The Americans follow Philip (Matthew Rhys) and Elizabeth (Keri Russell) Jennings as they act as spies for the KGB in the 80's. They have been in the US for many years and have kids, and a regular business. Their operations are going well, but a little speed bump comes in, in the form of an FBI agent named Stan (Noah Emmerich) moving in right across from them. Can they befriend this FBI agent, and keep up their activities as KGB operatives? Watch and find out!
Okay so first off I want to state that this show is amazing! It has great tension, drama, acting, and cinematography. I was a little hesitant to watch at first, but I'm sure as hell glad that I did! The Americans grabs you and pulls you in for the ride of this show and it never lets go, from minute one. I was so impressed with even the Pilot of the series, to the very end of the show.
Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell are amazing and I really have to give applause to these two actors for their brilliant performances in The Americans.
The actual spying parts in this show really get you going, and from what Iv'e heard, it's somewhat realistic. Well they dramatize things of course, but they ground it enough in reality, that it makes you think that it could actually happen.
I truly love this show and I'm sad to see the end, it was great, and I will miss the characters, but I'm glad that I got the chance to see the show in the first place.
If you like spy movies, good dramas, great characters, and strong performances, then The Americans is a must watch show and you're crazy if you don't see it!

final score: 4.8/5

Dora and the Lost City of Gold Movie Review

Dora and the Lost City of Gold Movie Review This Was My Dad's Idea Well... I went and saw Dora and the Lost City of Gold today with my dad, and... the film was a lot funnier than it has any right to be. Dora and the Lost City of Gold is a live action adaptation of the Dora tv show on Nickelodeon. Dora, now a teenager, is sent to the City to live with her cousin, Diego, while her parents go exploring for a lost City. When her parents go missing, Dora and her new friends go and search for her parents. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but the movie wasn't half bad. There is a ton of tongue and cheek humor. There is some cringe to the Dora and the Lost City of Gold too, but remember, this is a movie made for kids. As a kids film, it does a fine job. The acting was fine, and for a kids film, everyone did alright. Isabela Moner, who played Dora, did a good job portraying the character from what I remember about the show when I was very young. What surprised...

Norsemen Netflix Show Review So Far

Norsemen Netflix Show Review So Far The funniest show I've seen in years I've been watching a show on Netflix called Norsemen, and I swear this is the funniest show I've seen in years! I can't understate how funny this show can really be, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say about 90% of the jokes land. Norsemen starts off in 790 AD, and follows a few Vikings and their slaves. The show goes through their lives and their trials, but it's done with a comedic spin. If you haven't yet, watch the trailer above to get a better idea of the show. I will say this, this show reminds me of Monty Python ! Some of the jokes Norsemen  are gut busting, and will almost have you rolling on the floor laughing. In an age of bad comedies this show is gold.  I just started watching season 2 the other day, and I just want to keep watching. The episodes are about a half hour long each, and it's the perfect time frame to get the story across. I wouldn't c...
