Top 5 Best Movies Of 2019

Great Films I Highly Suggest Seeing!

Wow, another year gone and it's time for the Top 5 Best Movies Of 2019 list, I can't believe it! Alright the rules are as follows, the movie must have been in theaters this year or it must have premiered this year, and it must have scored at minimum 4/5 and I only allow myself three 5/5 movies per year from now on. I keep it simple, and you must watch every film on this list! So I know you've been waiting, and without further ado, the Top 5 Best Movies Of 2019!

5. John Wick Chapter 3 Parabellum

Another great addition to the John Wick franchise! It's not as good as the previous two films, but it's still a fun watch and I'd recommend seeing it.

4.4/5

4. ReMastered: Devil At The Crossroads

I saw this film by chance and I'm sure as hell glad I did! This is perhaps one of my favorite documentaries at the moment. An interesting piece in music history I highly recommend.

4.5/5

3. A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood

A very heartwarming and touching film, which I'm a complete sucker for. Great performances and a wholesome film. I loved this movie!

4.9/5

2. Good Boys

This movie is NOT for kids but it's funny as all hell. This is one of those turn your mind off kind of films, but once you do, oh boy, you are in for a laugh beginning to end.

5/5

1. They Shall Not Grow Old

This was such a powerful documentary and perhaps one of the best ever made. I recommend everyone see this film at least once in their life. I'm at a loss for words by how brilliant this film is.

5/5

Conclusion

Do you agree with my list? Do you disagree? Should I have a different movie(s) on this list? Am I completely wrong and you want to go on a rant? Well then, tell me in the comments! And Happy New Year!

Coda Movie Review

Coda Movie Review This Deserved Best Picture So, I just got back from seeing Coda, and it was amazing! This was the second attempt to see this film as the first time, someone booked the entire theater for a private screening. When the family's fishing business is threatened, Ruby finds herself torn between pursuing her passion at Berklee College of Music and her fear of abandoning her parents." The acting was  phenomenal, the  cinematography was beautiful, and the story was human. The way this film is crafted is nothing short but excellent. I will not that not everything is 100% accurate, but for narrative reasons, I understand the choices they made. The actors have amazing chemistry together.
