Top 5 Worst Movies Of 2018

Top 5 Worst Movies Of 2018 I was not expecting this list to be honest Welcome back to my Top 5 Worst Movies of the year list! What a year it has been, a lot of ups and downs for film this year. I'm going to keep this brief, the rules are the movie had to either been in theaters this year, or premiered this year, and the movie must have scored below a 3/5. I like to keep things simple with my end of the year rules. So, if you want to read the review, just click on the movie's name, but I'll give a brief summary of my thoughts for each movie. Now it's time for the Top 5 Worst Movies Of 2018! 5.  Pacific Rim Uprising Click me if you want to see how bad I am Well this movie was a train wreck of a disaster and should not be viewed by the public or anyone for that matter. It was boring, and lazily written. This movie does not deserve to exist, but for some reason it does. 2.5/5 4.  Robin Hood (2018) Don't click me, I don't do anything like th...

Bumblebee Movie Review

Bumblebee Movie Review It was cheesy, it was 80's, and I loved every minute of it! I just got back from seeing the new Transformers movie, Bumblebee, and it was way better than I ever thought it would be! Bumblebee opens to the fall of Cybertron, and Optimus Prime, and Bumblebee are fighting the Decepticons. There home world dies, and Bumblebee is sent to Earth to protect the planet and prepare for a base for the Autobots. Through a fight with a Decepticon that found him, he loses his voice and memory, but he is able to kill his adversary. A young 18 year old girl named Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld) eventually finds and repairs him. They bond and try to help each other, Bumblebee befriends Charlie, and Charlie helps him discover who he is, but trouble comes when the Decepticons find Bumblebee. Alright I went into this movie not expecting much, just a mindless action film. In some ways the film is a bit mindless, but it's so fun, and the movie has a ton, and I mean a t...

What happened to Action Heroes?

What Happened To Action Heroes? Alright, I've  talked  about this before, but it's been awhile, So what happened to action heroes? I'm talking in movies and video games. The characters of the likes of Indiana Jones , Rick O'Connell , Nathan Drake , or even Lara Croft . I still miss these kinds of characters and I'm going to break it down why they are so good, and why we should be getting more of them. Action Heroes in the Movies Let's face it, the acton hero was born in the movies. It really kinda began with  Indiana Jones , to be honest. So you could say it really started in 1981 with a little film called Raiders of the Lost Ark . It was directed by non other than Steven Spielberg. The film also starred Harrison Ford. This film is the patient zero that began this semi-alive trend of films. With the success of Raiders of the Lost Ark , it was only natural for a sequel to be made, which would further the identity of the action hero. This film wou...

Turn Washington's Spies Series Review

Turn Washington's Spies Series Review A great historical drama that everyone should watch Turn Washington's Spies is a fantastic historical drama show that I have loved from episode one. The characters are great and the history is so interesting. The show starts at the beginning of the American Revolution, and it follows the life of Abraham Woodhull ( Jamie Bell ) during the war. Abe is a cabbage farmer that is down on his luck, and he resorts to the black market to sell his lot, there he runs into an old friend Caleb Brewster ( Daniel Henshall ), they trade, and on his way back Abe is captured by the Patriots. When he's being interrogated an old friend from his home town comes forth, Benjamin Tallmadge ( Seth Numrich ). Ben is an officer in the Continental Army, and recruits Abe as a spy. Abe returns home and enlists the help of his friend Anna Strong ( Heather Lind ) to act as the signal for their courier, who just so happens to be Caleb Brewster. Now acting as ...

So, the witches don't celebrate Christmas, but the celebrate the Winter Solstice, and Sabrina decides to hold a seance to attempt to contact her dead mother, and then things slightly go wrong. Home Alone Movie Review

Home Alone Movie Review Watching a modern Christmas Classic Home Alone is just one of those movies you watch every year once Christmas time rolls around. It's a film that I've loved ever since I was a kid. Fun fact, I watched the second film first, but that review will be for a latter date. Home Alone follows Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin), just your average kid... but when his family forgets him and leaves him... wait for it... home alone... when they take a trip to Paris for Christmas, he must fend off some robbers in the most creative ways possible, so much so that you would not dare cross this kid ever in your life. Alright, I love this movie, it's fantastic! Macaulay Culkin is fantastic, and this is the film that placed him on the map. The two robbers in the film played by, Joe Pesci as Harry and Daniel Stern as Marv, do a great job as well. The comedy and heart in this film is done to such a great extent, It makes me want to watch and rewatch this fi...
