Deadpool 2 Movie Review

So I just saw Deadpool 2, and it was pretty freaking good! Granted I think the first one was better, but this new deadpool movie is still worth a watch.
This movie follows deadpool in his most deadpooly high jinks, and has a ton of comedy but it doesn't hit as hard as the first one, but it was still funny. The action in this movie is spot on, and it delivers perfectly.
Deadpool is probably the funniest superhero that I have seen on the big screen ever. Ryan Reynolds is still the most perfect actor to play deadpool and I can't see anyone else replacing him ever. The rest of the cast does a great job as well. The character Cable is pretty good, and I liked Domino more than I thought I would.
The music in this movie is so freaking cool. I love every aspect of it! There is one song towards the end that is just so perfect and hilarious, I can't mention it here, but you will know it when you hear it.
If you liked the first deadpool movie, you will probably really like this one as well. I think I might buy this when it comes out on DVD.

final score: 4/5

Dora and the Lost City of Gold Movie Review

Dora and the Lost City of Gold Movie Review This Was My Dad's Idea Well... I went and saw Dora and the Lost City of Gold today with my dad, and... the film was a lot funnier than it has any right to be. Dora and the Lost City of Gold is a live action adaptation of the Dora tv show on Nickelodeon. Dora, now a teenager, is sent to the City to live with her cousin, Diego, while her parents go exploring for a lost City. When her parents go missing, Dora and her new friends go and search for her parents. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but the movie wasn't half bad. There is a ton of tongue and cheek humor. There is some cringe to the Dora and the Lost City of Gold too, but remember, this is a movie made for kids. As a kids film, it does a fine job. The acting was fine, and for a kids film, everyone did alright. Isabela Moner, who played Dora, did a good job portraying the character from what I remember about the show when I was very young. What surprised...

Uncharted Movie Review

Uncharted Movie Review Not As Good As The Games I went and saw the movie Uncharted a while ago, and it was as I expected it to be. If you are a fan of the games, well... prepare for disappointment. Uncharted follows Nathan Drake (Tom Holland), a low level thief as he is recruited by Victor Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to go on a treasure hunt. As someone who has played some of the games, but not all, I have to say that the Uncharted film is what I thought it would be. A mishmash of all four games but not committing to any of them. The acting is a bit stale, and the plot is predictable. The camera work was fine, but the music was underused. Tom Holland should not have been Nathan Drake. He lacks the charisma, the attitude, and the charm. He may have passed for a teenage Nathan Drake, but he should have only been in a few scenes. I'm not the biggest fan of Tom Holland either long time readers may know. Now, onto Mark Wahlberg as Victor Sullivan. Mark Wahlberg is way too young to be playi...
