Top 5 Worst Films Of 2021

Top 5 Worst Films Of 2021

And Here We Go

Okay, okay, I know I didn't review as many films as I should have this year. A lot of stuff changed in my personal life, and the reviews got put on the back burner. I'll just be basing the list off of the movies that I did review. So, just know that numbers five and four on this list probably wouldn't have been here if I did more reviews this past year. I'll try to do better next year. This years rules will be the same as last years. Just a reminder, here are the rules: the rules are the movie had to either been in theaters this year, or premiered this year, and the movie must have scored below a 3/5. I'm going to make the list basically in order of scoring so the "scored below a 3/5" rule is going to tossed out this year but the "been in theaters or premiered this year" rule will still be in active. With that said, here are the Top 5 Worst Movies Of 2021!

5. Godzilla VS Kong

Godzilla VS Kong Poster

I kinda expected more out of this film. It wasn't that bad, but it wasn't the best either. Both of these characters have seen better days.

3/5

4. Raya And The Last Dragon

Raya And The Last Dragon Poster

You know, I haven't been that impressed with Disney films the last few years. The quality seems to be dropping to me. But I should mention that I am a bit biased because I prefer 2D animation to 3D.

3/5

3. Monster Hunter

I didn't expect much from this film. It should have been easy to get at least 3 out of 5, but it failed to even meet the bare minimum of expectations.

2.5/5

2. Black Widow
Black Widow Poster

I'm going to make a post about the MCU soon, and the reason for the upcoming post is this film in part. Black Widow was a solid disappointment.

2/5

1. No Time To Die
No Time To Die Poster

It pains me to put this here. I went into this film thinking it might be my best film of the year, and I walked out knowing it might be my worst. This James Bond film was such a disappointment. The Craig films ended with Skyfall as far as I'm concerned.

0.5/5

Conclusion

Do you agree with my list? Do you disagree? Should I have a different movie(s) on this list? Am I completely wrong and you want to go on a rant? Well then, tell me in the comments! And my top 5 best list will come out on New Years Eve!

Uncharted Movie Review

Uncharted Movie Review Not As Good As The Games I went and saw the movie Uncharted a while ago, and it was as I expected it to be. If you are a fan of the games, well... prepare for disappointment. Uncharted follows Nathan Drake (Tom Holland), a low level thief as he is recruited by Victor Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to go on a treasure hunt. As someone who has played some of the games, but not all, I have to say that the Uncharted film is what I thought it would be. A mishmash of all four games but not committing to any of them. The acting is a bit stale, and the plot is predictable. The camera work was fine, but the music was underused. Tom Holland should not have been Nathan Drake. He lacks the charisma, the attitude, and the charm. He may have passed for a teenage Nathan Drake, but he should have only been in a few scenes. I'm not the biggest fan of Tom Holland either long time readers may know. Now, onto Mark Wahlberg as Victor Sullivan. Mark Wahlberg is way too young to be playi...

Dora and the Lost City of Gold Movie Review

Dora and the Lost City of Gold Movie Review This Was My Dad's Idea Well... I went and saw Dora and the Lost City of Gold today with my dad, and... the film was a lot funnier than it has any right to be. Dora and the Lost City of Gold is a live action adaptation of the Dora tv show on Nickelodeon. Dora, now a teenager, is sent to the City to live with her cousin, Diego, while her parents go exploring for a lost City. When her parents go missing, Dora and her new friends go and search for her parents. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but the movie wasn't half bad. There is a ton of tongue and cheek humor. There is some cringe to the Dora and the Lost City of Gold too, but remember, this is a movie made for kids. As a kids film, it does a fine job. The acting was fine, and for a kids film, everyone did alright. Isabela Moner, who played Dora, did a good job portraying the character from what I remember about the show when I was very young. What surprised...

Penny Dreadful City Of Angels Season 1 Episode 1 Review

Penny Dreadful City Of Angels Season 1 Episode 1 Review  Had To Think About This One A Bit If you haven't noticed, I'm a fan of Penny Dreadful . I did address my early thoughts on the new series a little while ago , and now that it's out, I thought I would give my thoughts on the first episode. For the description I'm going to quote IMDB , " Los Angeles, 1938. LAPD detective Tiago Vega and his partner, Lewis Michener, investigate a murder. While at City Hall, Tiago's activist brother Raul Vega battles with the fiery Councilman Charlton Townsend over the construction of California's first freeway. Meanwhile, Peter Craft, the head of the German-American Bun, meets Elsa, the mysterious mother of one of his patients. Sensing danger, Tiago's mother Maria pleads with Santa Muerte to protect her family as the rising tensions in the city threaten to explode." From what I've seen from other reviewers has been very mixed. And here's my two...
