Equalizer 2 Movie Review

So I saw the movie Equalizer 2 earlier today, and it was an unexpected film in a way that I didn't really expect.
I want to say that the opening scene of this movie, is really, really good. It's probably one of my favorite scene in this movie. However, this movie doesn't live up to the first one, but it's still good in some ways.
One thing you should know about going into this movie is that there really isn't much action in this film. There is way less action than the first, actually. Which was kinda irritating going in and watching this. There are heavy drama moments in this film, and they are done well when presented in the film.
Equalizer 2 does drag on a bit though, and it's hard to figure out the sense of direction this film has. I swear that this movie sets up multiple different scenarios where the plot could really get going, but it doesn't deliver on them, as most are just subplots.
You will most likely have a good time in the theater with this, but this movie is long and you can really feel it drag at times. I probably won't buy this movie, but I may just revisit the first Equalizer movie instead.

Dora and the Lost City of Gold Movie Review This Was My Dad's Idea Well... I went and saw Dora and the Lost City of Gold today with my dad, and... the film was a lot funnier than it has any right to be. Dora and the Lost City of Gold is a live action adaptation of the Dora tv show on Nickelodeon. Dora, now a teenager, is sent to the City to live with her cousin, Diego, while her parents go exploring for a lost City. When her parents go missing, Dora and her new friends go and search for her parents. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but the movie wasn't half bad. There is a ton of tongue and cheek humor. There is some cringe to the Dora and the Lost City of Gold too, but remember, this is a movie made for kids. As a kids film, it does a fine job. Norsemen Netflix Show Review So Far The funniest show I've seen in years I've been watching a show on Netflix called Norsemen, and I swear this is the funniest show I've seen in years! I can't understate how funny this show can really be, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say about 90% of the jokes land. Norsemen starts off in 790 AD, and follows a few Vikings and their slaves. The show goes through their lives and their trials, but it's done with a comedic spin. If you haven't yet, watch the trailer above to get a better idea of the show. I will say this, this show reminds me of Monty Python ! Some of the jokes Norsemen are gut busting, and will almost have you rolling on the floor laughing. In an age of bad comedies this show is gold.
