Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales Movie Review

I saw the movie Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales yesterday, and it was a pretty decent film. The first thing I have to point out is the comedy. It is really on point and it's so very fantastic! There are boat loads of laughs to be had throughout this film. Johnny Depp returns as Captain Jack Sparrow, and as always he dose a great job of portraying this pirate. He has a pretty good into scene that you would only expect from Jack. One of my flaws with the film is the villains kind of seem like filler, they don't capture the magic of the first three films villains, even if you didn't like all of the villains of the first three films, you could admit that they were at least fleshed out. Another problem I have with this film is Barbossa. He doesn't feel like the same character from the first three films. He honestly feels like a totally different character. The action scenes are nice, and are enthralled with entertainment. You also have some of the chees

Alien Covenant Movie Review

I saw Alien Covenant a few days ago, and it was entertaining. Ridley Scott directs this film, and he does an alright job of it. The movie takes place 10 years after the events of the film Prometheus, with a colony ship to a new world. The crew of the ship come across a stray signal and decide to go and check it out. This leads them to a planet that a certain species can be found. The color scheme was chosen nicely, for this type of film, though I would have added a little more green myself. Michael Fassbender plays two characters in this film, and he portrays both of the characters he plays well. The jump scares are built up too, so you know when they are about to come out at you. Not much to say about the music. Overall the film was a fun ride that kept me entertained throughout the film. Would I see it again? Probably, yeah someday. finale score: 3.5/5

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword Movie Review

I just saw King Arthur: Legend of the Sword a few hours ago with a friend. I must say, this movie surpassed my expectations. The movie is directed by Guy Ritchie, and he know what he wants from this film. What we get is a extremely fun and exciting action adventure with some comedy thrown in. James Herbert edited this film perfectly, the style he brings to the film creates a flow that is a true pleasure to the audience members. The music score was done by Daniel Pemberton. The songs match perfectly with the scenes that they are set with, I'm considering purchasing some of the songs from the album. Many of the songs rely heavily on percussion instruments. It had a clean color scheme that was pleasing. The actors lines are over the top just enough to work, and it works well. Arthur is portrayed by Charlie Hunnam, he preforms the role well I couldn't see anyone else playing Arthur, Charlie was made for this role. The villain of this tale is played by Jude Law, who portrays th
