I just saw the movie The Circle with a friend of mine. And well... it's different. From the cinematography point of view it was well shot, and had nice colors. Emma Watson stars in this film, and in a way she is sort of an anti-hero/hero, her character sort of goes back and forth on this. The film is directed by James Ponsoldt, he is also the director of the movie, The Spectacular Now. I'm not quite sure if the director was 100% into this project, while the acting was taken seriously, some of the lines came off stale from a secondary character. I'm not sure if that was the fault of the actor, the writer, or the director, but perhaps they could have all have tried a little more than they did in the film. Regarding Emma Watson's accent, she goes for an american accent and for the most part pulls it off, but once and awhile you can hear her british accent trying to crack through. Tom Hanks is also in this picture. He plays a secondary character, which he plays pretty go
