Ginger Snaps is a Canadian Horror film that came out in 2000 staring Emily Perkins as Brigitte, and Katharine Isabelle as Ginger. In this cult classic, we follow two teen sisters, Brigitte and Ginger as they like to make some, artistic photos of the subject which is death. Now one night as they are out and about going to scare one of their classmates, as one would do, Ginger is attacked by a werewolf. Then things get really interesting. Ginger Snaps is a fantastic indie film, that has the right amount of cheese factor to it that it works. There's some clunky dialogue and some of the lighting and camera work is a little off, but overall it's not bad. One of the best things in this film though, is the use of practical effects.
