Click picture to see on Amazon Hereditary is a freaking creepy movie! By that I also mean that it's actually really good as well. Okay, so this movie follows a family after the grandmother dies. Then some creepy stuff starts to happen, and if I say anything more I will be spoiling the movie. The scares are some of the best of the year, or some of the best in the past few years. In some scenes there is pure terror and I believe that this movie is not for the faint of heart. The lighting was perfect, and set the tone for the film in the best possible way that it could. The music in this movie was spot on in creating a sense of dread. The combination of the music and the lighting were in harmony with each other and I couldn't see any other way to improve upon it. The cast of this movie all did a fantastic job. There were a couple stale performances at times but that was done by tertiary characters.
