The Quintessentialist

I just got back from Dunkirk, which I watched with a friend. I have to say that this Film has almost left me speechless, so that is why I'm writing my thoughts of this Film down. From the very start my heart was pounding, and my heart kept on pounding until the credits of this gorgeous Film. At some moments I started to tear up a bit because of how impactful this Film can make you feel. From the very start you are thrown in to the Events of Dunkirk. This Film is not about following a specific character arch from start to finish, no, it is about an event and what happened to the people in that event. Each and every actor gave their best in this Film, from what I saw. They really became the characters that they were portraying. The music score was produced by Hans Zimmer. It is a masterpiece of sound that fills the ears with the tension of the scenes and the anticipation of what is happening and what is to become of the men at Dunkirk.
